At Veenie Imitation Jewellers, we strive to get your jewelry to you as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed and confirmed, the product will reach you within 7 to 10 working days.

All of our jewelry is either manufactured or hand-picked by us. If you are interested in a piece that is currently sold out, please connect with us on WhatsApp, and we can inform you if and when the item will be available or if it can be made to order.

​We make every effort to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. To allow you to view our pieces in full detail, some items may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; since every computer or phone screen is set differently, size and color may vary slightly.

4. Return/Exchange Policy

5. ​Damaged Items

If a product is damaged in transit, it will be exchanged after inspection. Notification of damage must be given to Veenie Imitation Jewellers within 24 hours of receipt.

The final decision regarding any exchange rests solely with Veenie Imitation Jewellers.

​Shipping: Exchange shipping costs are to be incurred by the client. Veenie Imitation Jewellers is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during return shipping.
